We are looking for a self-driven individual with the ability to sustain a high level of energy and focus. The primary responsibility for this position is to call and email into a very specific segment of the healthcare marketplace, gain information, and meet your quota for setting appointment dates for online and onsite demonstrations. You must be comfortable with cold-calling, and you must excel and written and verbal communication. It will also be your responsibility to assist the sales team with general coordination of sales activities, such as creating documents or researching prospects.
Your targets must be researched before a call is made. The information gained from each call must be meticulously documented in our CRM system, and you will be measured weekly on the success of your calls and the accuracy of your information.
We will provide ample training for this position and we will expect you to be very knowledgeable about our software products and how they are utilized by our customers. We place a higher value on the individual and whether they are a good fit for our company culture instead of whether they have years of experience in sales, though relevant experience is preferred.
