The primary responsibility for this position is to work with clients to troubleshoot, resolve and document issues related to our software. The second responsibility for this position is to work with clients during the implementation process to customize, configure and deploy our software. This position may require domestic and international travel. All of our team members are customer facing, therefore we require a high level of professional acumen and excellent communication skills.
