As a Marketing Manager for Applied Statistic & Management, Inc., you will play a key role in developing and executing modern, data-driven marketing strategies that drive brand growth, lead generation, and client engagement. This position requires someone who is highly organized, creative, and confident representing the company in professional settings, including travel to industry events, trade shows, and client meetings.
You will oversee content development, digital campaigns, and event marketing initiatives while ensuring a strong online and offline brand presence. The ideal candidate is proactive and strategic, manages marketing projects independently with creative insight, thrives in collaborative environments, communicates effectively, and quickly adapts to new marketing technologies and trends.
This is a hybrid position with a required number of in-office days per week at our Temecula, CA office. Remaining days may be remote.

Responsibilities & Skills
Responsibilities
- Work closely with the Senior Marketing Manager to execute integrated marketing plans that align with company goals.
- Coordinate, attend, and represent the company at industry events and trade shows, including logistics, booth presence, and follow-up.
- Assist in the creation and optimization of digital content: social media, email campaigns, website updates, and marketing collateral.
- Collaborate with sales to support lead generation and nurturing campaigns, ensuring smooth communication with prospects.
- Monitor and report on key marketing metrics, using analytics to inform strategies and improve campaign performance.
- Conduct market and competitor research to help guide positioning and campaign development.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, sales and customer success, to align messaging and drive unified efforts.
- Maintain and manage CRM and marketing automation platforms (e.g., Salesforce) for campaign execution and tracking.
- Assist in customer retention campaigns and loyalty programs.
- Stay current on marketing best practices, digital trends, and emerging technologies.
- Perform other duties as assigned.

Educational Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
- 3+ years of experience in marketing, preferably in the software industry
