As a Marketing Coordinator for Applied Statistic & Management, Inc., you will play a vital role in executing and supporting modern, data-driven marketing strategies that promote brand growth, lead generation, and customer engagement. This position requires someone who is not only highly organized and creative but also comfortable representing the company in professional settings, including travel to industry events, trade shows, and client meetings.
You will contribute to content creation, digital campaigns, and event marketing while helping maintain a strong online and offline brand presence. The ideal candidate is proactive and professional, drives marketing initiatives independently with strategic insight and creativity, thrives in collaborative environments, communicates with confidence, and adapts quickly to new marketing technologies and trends.

This is a hybrid position with a required number of in-office days per week at our Temecula, CA office. Remaining days may be remote.

Successful candidates will be subject to a criminal background check. 

Responsibilities & Skills

Responsibilities

  • Work closely with the Senior Marketing Manager to execute integrated marketing plans that align with company goals.
  • Coordinate, attend, and represent the company at industry events and trade shows, including logistics, booth presence, and follow-up.
  • Assist in the creation and optimization of digital content: social media, email campaigns, website updates, and marketing collateral.
  • Collaborate with sales to support lead generation and nurturing campaigns, ensuring smooth communication with prospects.
  • Monitor and report on key marketing metrics, using analytics to inform strategies and improve campaign performance.
  • Conduct market and competitor research to help guide positioning and campaign development.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, sales and customer success, to align messaging and drive unified efforts.
  • Maintain and manage CRM and marketing automation platforms (e.g., Salesforce) for campaign execution and tracking.
  • Assist in customer retention campaigns and loyalty programs.
  • Stay current on marketing best practices, digital trends, and emerging technologies.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

  • Experience with social media management, paid digital campaigns, and content marketing.
  • Flexibility and willingness to travel for company representation at events.
 

Educational Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
  • 2+ years of experience in marketing coordination, preferably in the software industry
